Rob Bell

Rob Bell (born August 23, 1970) is an American author, speaker, playwright, musician, and former pastor who founded Mars Hill Bible Church in Grandville, Michigan, in 1999 and led it until 2012, during which it became one of America's fastest-growing churches. He gained prominence with the New York Times bestseller Love Wins (2011), which sparked controversy over its views on heaven, hell, and salvation, and was named one of Time's 100 Most Influential People in 2011. Now a freelance writer and speaker, he hosts the podcast The Robcast, creates NOOMA short films, and lives in Ojai, California with his wife Kristen and their three children.[1][2][4][5]
