Rix Herbert

Herbert Rix was a British administrator and author who served as Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society from 1885 to 1896. He earned a B.A. from London University and contributed to scholarly works available on Wikisource. Rix was active in Victorian intellectual circles until his death in 1906.
