Rishiraj Saha Roy

Rishiraj Saha Roy is a prominent researcher in Natural Language Processing, specializing in Question Answering, Information Retrieval, and Conversational AI. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (2009–2014) as a Microsoft Research India Ph.D. Fellow, advised by Prof. Niloy Ganguly. Previously at Adobe Research Labs India (2014–present) and now an NLP Researcher at Fraunhofer IIS, he has co-authored influential works such as 'Explainable Conversational Question Answering over Heterogeneous Sources via Iterative Graph Neural Networks' with Philipp Christmann and Gerhard Weikum, and is cited over 2,136 times on Google Scholar.
