Richard L. Kugler

Richard L. Kugler is an American political scientist, defense economist, and operations research analyst specializing in U.S. national security policy and defense strategy. He holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has been one of the original architects of NATO enlargement as well as multiple other U.S. policy initiatives in Europe, Asia, and the Persian Gulf.
