Richard J. Ellis

Richard J. Ellis is a scholar of American politics and an author whose work focuses on the U.S. presidency, political reform, and related topics. He has served as Professor and Chair of the American and Canadian Studies Department at the University of Birmingham and has also been associated with Willamette University as a professor of politics.[1][5][7]
