Richard Farson

Richard Farson was an American psychologist, author, and educator best known for his leadership of the Western Behavioral Sciences Institute, which he co-founded in 1958. He wrote on management, innovation, children’s rights, and human relations, and was associated with influential work in leadership, design, and organizational change.
