Richard Bletschacher

Richard Max Josef Bletschacher (born 1936) is a German writer, dramaturge, and dramatic adviser from Füssen, Bavaria. He worked for many years in the theater world, including as chief dramatic adviser at the Vienna State Opera from 1982 to 1996, and he has written and translated opera libretti, plays, novellas, children's books, and music-related scholarly texts.
