Richard Baldwin

Richard Baldwin is a professor of international economics at the IMD Business School in Lausanne and a leading scholar on international trade, globalization, regionalism, and European integration. He founded VoxEU.org in 2007, served as President of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), and has authored numerous books, including *The Great Convergence* and *The Globotics Upheaval*.
