Richard Albert

Richard Albert is a Canadian legal scholar and constitutional expert who serves at the University of Texas at Austin as the Hines H. Baker and Thelma Kelley Baker Chair in Law, Professor of Government, and Director of Constitutional Studies. His research and advisory work focus on constitutionalism, democracy, rule of law, and constitutional reform, and he has published more than 30 books on constitutional law and design.
