Rich Wallace
Rich Wallace, born January 29, 1957, in Hackensack, New Jersey, is an American author of young adult novels, particularly sports fiction, beginning with his debut Wrestling Sturbridge in 1996, which received critical acclaim. He worked for over two decades as a senior editor at Highlights for Children magazine while publishing more than 25 novels for kids and teens, often drawing from personal experiences like his 1960s childhood. Wallace has also co-authored nonfiction works on social justice and barrier breakers with his wife Sandra.
