Rex Miller
Rex Miller (born Rex Miller Spangberg) was an American novelist best known for his Chaingang series featuring homicide detective Jack Eichord hunting serial killers, including the half-ton killer Daniel Bunkowski introduced in Slob (1987), for which he was nominated for the Bram Stoker Award for Best First Novel. He also wrote works like Frenzy, Slice, Savant, and Profane Men set during the Vietnam War. Previously a disc jockey in the 1960s, Miller passed away in 2004.
