Renee Erickson

Renee Erickson is a Seattle-based chef, restaurateur, and author known for leading the Sea Creatures restaurant group in Seattle. She won the 2016 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest and is associated with restaurants including The Walrus and the Carpenter, The Whale Wins, Barnacle, Bateau, Westward, and General Porpoise.[1][2]
