Rebecca Brown

Rebecca Brown is an American novelist, essayist, playwright, artist, and professor, best known for her novel *The Gifts of the Body*, which won a Lambda Literary Award. She has also taught in creative writing programs, co-founded the Jack Straw Writers Program, and held literary leadership roles in Washington state.
