Raymond Loewy was a French-born American industrial designer who revolutionized the field by working as a consultant for over 200 companies, creating designs for products ranging from cigarette packs and refrigerators to automobiles and spacecraft. Known for his principle of 'Most Advanced, Yet Acceptable,' he founded three design companies and became one of the most influential designers of the 20th century, creating iconic designs including the Exxon logo, US Post Office logo, and Air Force One interiors.
