Raymond J. Burby

Raymond J. Burby was a distinguished professor emeritus of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, known for his work on urban development and community planning. He received the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning's Distinguished Educator Award and authored notable works including 'New Communities U.S.A.' and 'Cooperating with Nature'.
