Raymond Chip Tafrate PhD
Raymond Chip Tafrate, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and professor in the criminology and criminal justice department at Central Connecticut State University. He is a fellow and supervisor at the Albert Ellis Institute, a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, and a coauthor of several books on anger management and forensic cognitive-behavioral approaches.[1][2]
