Raw Vision

John Maizels is the founder and editor of Raw Vision magazine, launched in London in 1989 to promote outsider art and the work of self-taught artists known as 'unknown geniuses'. Educated at Latymer Upper School and Chelsea School of Art, he worked as an artist and teacher before authoring books such as 'Fantasy Worlds', 'Outsider Art Sourcebook', 'Raw Creation', and 'Raw Erotica'.
