Randall Peffer
Randall Scott Peffer (born June 16, 1948) is a writer, editor, and educator known for authoring nine crime/suspense novels and eleven nonfiction books, many with maritime settings. He taught writing and literature at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts for 37 years before retiring in 2015, and has also contributed over 350 travel-lifestyle features to major magazines including National Geographic and Smithsonian.
