Rand Paul
Rand Paul (born January 7, 1963) is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from Kentucky since 2011. He is a physician and ophthalmologist who practiced medicine in Bowling Green, Kentucky, for seventeen years before entering politics. Known as a constitutional conservative and libertarian, Paul is recognized as one of the nation's leading advocates for limited government and has authored six books on political and economic topics.
