Ramprasad Sengupta

Ramprasad Sengupta is an emeritus professor of economics at the Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi, India. He specializes in energy, ecological/environmental economics, development economics, planning, and quantitative policy modelling of infrastructural sectors, and has authored works such as Ecological Limits and Economic Development: Creating Space (2013) with Oxford University Press.
