Ramin Ganeshram

Ramin Ganeshram is an American food journalist, novelist, and culinary historian known for her work on historic foodways in colonial and early American history. She is the Executive Director of the Westport Museum for History & Culture and has extensively researched Hercules Posey, the enslaved chef of George Washington, including in her book The General's Cook.
