Ralph McInerny

Ralph McInerny (1929–2010) was a prolific American author, philosopher, and professor of philosophy at the University of Notre Dame for over 50 years. He is best known for his Father Dowling Mystery book series, which was adapted into a popular television show, and for his scholarly works on medieval studies and Catholic philosophy. McInerny wrote more than 80 novels and 24 scholarly works, often exploring themes of faith, morality, and social dynamics.
