Ralph Gustafson

Ralph Gustafson was a Canadian poet and professor known for his lyrical and experimental verse, which evolved from traditional forms to more elliptical styles influenced by Anglo-Saxon poetry and Gerard Manley Hopkins. He taught at Bishop's University and received major honors including the Order of Canada and the Governor General's Award for Poetry.
