Rafia Zafar (Editor)

Rafia Zafar is a professor emerita of English and African & African American Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where she has written on the intersection of food, authorship, American identities, nineteenth-century Black writers, and the Harlem Renaissance. Her publications include *We Wear the Mask*, *Recipes for Respect*, and co-edited volumes such as *Harlem Renaissance Novels* and *Harriet Jacobs and Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl*.
