Rafael M. Mérida-Jiménez
Rafael Manuel Mérida Jiménez (Barcelona, 1965) is a Spanish philologist, editor, and university professor specializing in Hispanic and Latin American literatures, gender studies, and queer theory.[2] He holds a degree and PhD in Hispanic Philology from the University of Barcelona and serves as Serra Húnter Associate Professor of Spanish literature and gender studies at the University of Lleida since 2006, with prior teaching positions at universities in Barcelona, Girona, Rice University, and the University of Puerto Rico.[2][4]
