Rafael Fernandez
Rafael Fernández de Castro is a Mexican screenwriter, novelist, journalist, and academic expert on U.S.-Mexico relations.[1][2] He served as a foreign policy adviser to President Felipe Calderón, founded and chaired the Department of International Studies at ITAM, and currently holds the Aaron Feldman Family Chancellor's Endowed Chair in U.S.-Mexican Studies at UC San Diego.[3][4] He holds a PhD in Political Science from Georgetown University (1995) and has authored influential books and articles on U.S.-Latin America relations.[2][4]
