Rabbi H. Rafael H. Rafael Goldstein

Rabbi Dr. H. Rafael Goldstein was the Executive Director of Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC), the world's only Jewish Chaplaincy Board Certification and continuing education organization. He received his Doctorate in Ministry (Spiritual Counseling) from Hebrew Union College (HUC) in 2014 and was a prominent figure in Jewish chaplaincy services.
