R Glenn Hubbard

R. Glenn Hubbard is an American economist and the dean emeritus and Russell L. Carson Professor of Economics and Finance at Columbia Business School. He served as Chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers under President George W. Bush and has focused his work on public economics, finance, macroeconomics, and related policy issues.
