Phyllis Moen

Phyllis Moen is an American sociologist and life course scholar whose research examines work, family, retirement pathways, and their effects on health and well-being across the life span. She has held leadership and faculty roles at Cornell University and the University of Minnesota, where she is McKnight Presidential Chair in Sociology and helped found major centers focused on careers, work, and aging.
