Phyllis J. Perry
Phyllis J. Perry, born October 23, 1933, in Nevada City, California, is a prolific author and former educator who wrote over 90 books of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry for children and adults. She earned degrees from UC Berkeley, San Francisco State, and the University of Colorado, and worked for decades in Boulder Valley Public Schools as a teacher, curriculum specialist, and principal before retiring to write full-time.
