Phyliss Miranda

Phyliss Miranda is a romance author born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, with a deep affinity for the Panhandle region, which features prominently in her western historical novels.[3] She has authored 11 books, including the popular anthology A Texas Christmas, and received awards such as Writer of the Year 2007 from the Panhandle Professional Writers.[1][2][4]
