Phoenix Marcon, also known as Eric Reed Marascio, is a serial entrepreneur, U.S. veteran, paralegal, and CEO of Imperius Agency, a top-tier creative agency and global publishing house. He is the co-author of Better Business Book Vol. 3 and describes himself as a national business coach and passionate humanitarian. In 2022, he was charged at age 50 in East Texas for involvement in a Paycheck Protection Program fraud scheme that allegedly defrauded lenders of at least $3.5 million.
