Phoebe Howard

Phoebe Howard is an acclaimed interior designer known for her fresh take on traditional style and mantra to 'keep it pretty.' In 1996, she and her husband Jim opened their first store, Mrs. Howard, in Jacksonville, Florida, which has since expanded to Georgia and North Carolina; she is also a published author of The Joy of Decorating.
