Phillip C. Wankat

Phillip C. Wankat is the Clifton L. Lovell Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering and Engineering Education at Purdue University. His research interests include adsorption, large-scale chromatography, simulated moving bed systems, distillation, and improvements in engineering education. He received Purdue University’s highest faculty award, the Morrill Award, in 2016, and co-authored the Mass Transfer section in Perry’s Chemical Engineers’ Handbook, Eighth Edition.
