Philip MacDougall

Philip MacDougall is a British historian and author, formerly a lecturer in economic history at the University of Kent. He is a founder member of the Navy Dockyards Society and has written extensively on maritime history, naval dockyards, inter-war aviation, and the history of southern England, especially Chichester, the Medway Towns, and Portsmouth.
