Philip Hawthorn

Philip Hawthorn is a British author and director known for his work in children's books and television. He has written numerous children's books, including the popular lift-the-flap title 'Who's Making That Mess?' published by Usborne, and contributed scripts to the children's TV series Tweenies, such as episodes involving Tweenie Sports Day and Practical Jokes.
