Phil Vischer

Phillip Roger Vischer is an American filmmaker, animator, author, puppeteer, and voice actor best known for creating the animated children's series VeggieTales alongside Mike Nawrocki, where he voiced characters like Bob the Tomato and Archibald Asparagus. Born in Muscatine, Iowa, he founded Big Idea Productions, which faced bankruptcy post-9/11 and was sold in 2004, after which he launched Jellyfish Labs in Wheaton, Illinois. Vischer has authored books and continues as a speaker integrating faith into his creative work.
