Phil Rich, Ed.D., LICSW, is a clinical social worker and specialist in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with sexual behavior problems. With a doctorate in applied behavioral and organizational studies and nearly 40 years of experience as a licensed independent clinical social worker, he has presented, trained, and consulted nationally and internationally on youth treatment and program development.
