Phil Cummings is an award-winning Australian children's author who has published over 100 books, from picture books to novels, since his debut 'Goodness Gracious!' in 1989. Born in Port Broughton and raised in Peterborough, South Australia, as the youngest of eight children, he worked as a teacher for 22 years before becoming a full-time writer, with his works translated and published worldwide.
