Petros Mouchtaris

Dr. Petros Mouchtaris is a technology executive with over 30 years of experience in research and development, specializing in areas such as smart grid security, voice over internet protocol, wireless networks, and security for wireless ad hoc networks, for which he co-authored a book. He served as President of Perspecta Labs (later Peraton Labs), leading a public company with $4B in revenue and 14,000 employees, before retiring in June 2023. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and master's and doctoral degrees from the California Institute of Technology.[1][2][3]
