Peter Lindbergh

Peter Lindbergh (born Peter Brodbeck) was a German fashion photographer and film director renowned for his cinematic black-and-white images that emphasized natural beauty and launched the supermodel era in the 1990s. Born in Leszno, Poland, to German parents, he grew up in Duisburg, Germany, studied art in Berlin and Krefeld, and transitioned to photography in 1971, working for Stern magazine before moving to Paris in 1978.[1][3][4]
