Peter Lamarque

Peter Lamarque is a British philosopher and emeritus professor of philosophy at the University of York, known for his influential work in the philosophy of literature, aesthetics, and the analytic tradition. Born in 1948, he has authored seminal books such as 'Work and Object' and 'The Philosophy of Literature', and previously served as editor of The British Journal of Aesthetics.
