Peter Kim

Peter H. Kim is a Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, where he researches the dynamics of social misperception, trust violation, and repair in negotiations, work groups, and dispute resolution. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Kim is also an author with publications in these fields.
