Peter Gammond

Peter Gammond was a British music critic, writer, journalist, musician, poet, and artist. He wrote more than 40 books on music, including studies of Schubert and Mozart and biographies of Duke Ellington and Scott Joplin, and also published several works on John Betjeman.[1][2]
