Peter Bloomfield
Peter Bloomfield is a British statistician who completed his doctorate at the University of London in 1970.[1] He taught at Princeton University, chairing the Department of Statistics from 1979 to 1983, before joining North Carolina State University, where he later became Emeritus Professor.[1][3] He was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics in 1976 and of the American Statistical Association in 1993.[1]
