Paula Treichler

Paula A. Treichler is Professor Emerita at the Institute of Communications Research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is known for work on feminist theory, gender studies, science and technology studies, and AIDS discourse, and is the author or editor of books including *How to Have Theory in an Epidemic*, *A Feminist Dictionary*, and *The Visible Woman*.
