Paula Phipps

Paula Phipps is a historian and educator with degrees in art history, history, and the history of decorative arts. She has spent her career working in museums, teaching graduate programs in the history of decorative arts in Washington D.C., and currently works for Historic New England as an independent researcher and historian based in Salem, Massachusetts.
