Paul T. Mitchell

Dr. Paul T. Mitchell is an Associate Professor of Defence Studies at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto, Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Master of Arts in War Studies from King's College London, and a Doctorate from Queen's University. His research focuses on the history of the Royal Canadian Navy's Victoria-class submarines and professional military education.
