Paul Schwartz

Paul M. Schwartz is an American legal scholar and writer who is a leading international expert on information privacy and information law. He is the Jefferson E. Peyser Professor at UC Berkeley School of Law and a director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, and he has published on privacy law and related topics. A different Paul Schwartz, also an American writer, director, and composer, has published literary works including *L'art de vivre* and *Waiting for Sam*.
