Paul O Zelinsky

Paul O. Zelinsky is an American illustrator and writer of children's picture books, best known for his Caldecott Medal-winning Rapunzel (1998) and popular movable book The Wheels on the Bus. Born in Evanston, Illinois, in 1953 to a mathematician father and medical illustrator mother, he grew up in Wilmette, studied at Yale University and Tyler School of Art, and now lives in Brooklyn, New York.[1][2][3]
